Meteorological Masts
2EN designs, manufactures and installs tubular and lattice meteorological masts for wind resource measurement. With more than 1,000 installations in Greece and internationally, we have experience across a wide range of mast heights, terrain types and access conditions.
Mast type, materials and installation method are selected around the measurement requirements and site conditions.
Design and manufacture
2EN has developed its own meteorological mast ranges and provides design, fabrication and installation as a complete service.
Certified production
Production is carried out under an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and EN 1090 Factory Production Control certification. Certified tubular and lattice mast models are CE marked.
Mast ranges
Our range includes tubular steel masts and aluminium-alloy lattice masts up to 90 m, with gin-pole installation options. 2EN also supplies steel lattice masts up to 120 m, installed by trained work-at-height personnel.
Structural design
Masts and components are designed using CAD/CAE tools and finite element analysis to verify structural performance under the applicable design loads.
Technical features and installation
Each installation is adapted to the project, from mast type and height to marking requirements and erection method.
Heights up to 120 m
Masts up to 120 m can be supplied and installed, depending on mast type, terrain and measurement requirements.
Marking and coating
Masts are finished with electrostatic powder coating in red and white where aviation marking requirements apply, with suitable protection for the exposure conditions.
Field installation
The erection method is selected based on mast type and height, site access and local conditions.
